PizzaExpress Property Requirements

Our retained clients PizzaExpress have ongoing requirements for unit sizes in the order of 3,000 sq ft. This can either be all at ground floor, or if this is not possible, then at least 2,000 sq ft needs to be at ground floor with the remainder at basement or first floor.

Burger King UK Property Requirements

Burger King continue to expand throughout the country and we are the retained acquisition agents for London and the M25.

BK have requirements for drive-thrus, in-line units and food courts. Property sizes should be 1,500 - 3,000 sq ft.

 

Boom Battle Bar Property Requirements

Boom Battle Bar are a leading competitive socialising operator offering axe-throwing, shuffleboard, crazy golf, AR darts, karaoke and more.

They are looking for further sites in large towns and city centres across the country. They can be very flexible on size and will look at anything from 6,000 - 16,000 sq ft.

Zizzi Property Requirements

Zizzi continue with their expansion plans across the UK. They are looking for between 3,000 - 4,500 sq ft. Like PizzaExpress and Byron, they will consider split-level units.

 

Arepa & Co Property Requirements

Arepa & Co serve up the best Venezuelan cuisine and vibe in London. They are now looking for more sites between 1,500 - 2,500 sq ft in cool urban locations.

 

ASK Italian Property Requirements

ASK Italian's expansion plans continue and they have a similar size requirement to their sister brand, Zizzi, i.e. 3,000 - 5,000 sq ft over one or two floors.

 

Escape Hunt Property Requirements

The world’s Number 1 escape room brand where teams take on exciting missions against the clock is continuing to expand.

Their requirement is for 3,000 - 4,000 sq ft in large town and city centres and they will happily take space alongside (and within) Boom Battle Bar sites.

 

Byron Hamburgers Property Requirements

Byron Hamburgers continue to expand and have a requirement for sites of between 2,750 - 4,000 sq ft.

This can either be all at one level, although consideration will be given to properties where the space is split over two or more floors.

 

Coco Di Mama Property Requirements

We are looking on behalf of Coco Di Mama for A1 grab and go opportunities in the City of London, Midtown and West End, providing 800 - 2,000 sq ft. Any sites need to be in high footfall locations.

 

Afrikana Property Requirements

Afrikana are continuing their expansion programme across the UK and are looking for unit sizes of 500 - 4,000 sq ft, from kiosks within major shopping centre food courts to casual dining clusters.

Burger Drop Property Requirements

Already a hot favourite in their native North-East, Burger Drop are currently expanding.

They are seeking units of 600 - 2,000 sq ft and although the main focus is on sites in the North and North East, other major towns will also be considered.

Very popular in their first two units in East London, Smoke & Pepper have big expansion plans and are looking for units of 600 - 2,000 sq ft. They are especially keen on food courts in major shopping centres.

Mowchi Property Requirements

Mowchi are a very popular bubble tea and bao buns cafe.

They are looking for units of 600-1,000 sq ft on the High Street, or 400 sq ft kiosks within shopping centres. They can work with reco air circulation.
